Our goal: A strong digital policy by, through and with women 

We call for women and digital policy to be thought together: the regulatory framework for Germany's digital transformation, as well as key digital projects must be shaped by women and thus female politicians and female employees in public administration. Progressive projects to promote women in digitalization must be holistically anchored in economic, labor market, financial and education policy. We are convinced that only a firm interlocking of (digital) policy measures in all departments and subject areas can sustainably improve and stabilize the advancement of women.

Bringing more women into positions that shape digitalization will only succeed if we join forces as a task for society as a whole. To this end, #SheTransformsIT has identified ten points to put the topic of women in digitalization even more prominently on the agenda in this legislative period and with the new federal government.
